Tom E. McCormick, President and Chief Executive Officer, Director

Thomas E. McCormick has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2019 and has served as one of our Directors since August 2019. Mr. McCormick is responsible for the management, strategy, profitable growth and operations of the Company. He is focused on collaborating with leadership and the board of directors to establish, develop and implement Primoris’ mission, vision, strategy, objectives and policies. He was named President of the Company in April 2019 and became CEO in November of that same year, after joining the Company as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in April 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McCormick held a variety of executive positions with Chicago Bridge & Iron Company beginning in 2007. Such positions included President—Oil & Gas, Senior Vice President—Gas Processing & Oil Sands, Global Vice President—Downstream Operations and Vice President Operations. Prior to 2007, Mr. McCormick worked for more than 17 years at BE&K Engineering & Construction on a variety of heavy industrial projects. Mr. McCormick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and an Advanced Executive Management Degree from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Ken Dodgen, CPA, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Dodgen has served as our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since November 2018. He previously served as our Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller since May 2017. Mr. Dodgen has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting across many different industries including pipeline, power plant, and electric transmission construction, as well as retail and power marketing. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Dodgen served as Chief Financial Officer at Baker Hill Solutions from 2016 to 2017, Chief Financial Officer at PLH Group, Inc. from 2011 to 2015, and Chief Financial Officer at Fulcrum Power Services from 2006 to 2011. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Dodgen spent ten years in investment banking with JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch where he focused predominantly on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to investment banking, Mr. Dodgen worked for Affiliated Computer Services in Dallas, and he began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Dodgen received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at The University of Chicago. He is a licensed CPA.

John M. Perisich, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

Mr. Perisich has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since May 2013. He previously served as our Senior Vice President and General Counsel from July 2008. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and General Counsel of Primoris Corporation beginning in February 2006, and previous to that was Vice President and General Counsel of Primoris Corporation and its predecessor, ARB, Inc. Mr. Perisich joined ARB in 1995. Prior to joining ARB, Mr. Perisich practiced law at Klein, Wegis, a full-service law firm based in Bakersfield, California. He received a B.A. degree from UCLA in 1987, and a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1991.

Travis Stricker, Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Stricker has served as our Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer since October 2018. In this role, he leads the Company’s financial reporting, accounting, FP&A, treasury and internal audit functions. He previously served as Vice President of Finance since June 2017. Mr. Stricker has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting across different industries, with more than 20 years serving in the engineering, procurement, construction and specialty contractor verticals. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Stricker served in various senior management roles with CB&I from 2001 to 2017. His roles at CB&I included Segment Chief Financial Officer of the largest operating segment and Corporate Controller/Chief Accounting Officer, among others. Mr. Stricker began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Stricker received a B.B.A. and M.S. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a licensed CPA.

Rhonda Anderson, Chief Human Resources Officer

Rhonda Anderson serves as Chief Human Resources Officer with responsibilities including total rewards, talent management, and human resources processes and operations. Ms. Anderson joined Primoris in 2021 as senior vice president of human resources and has since guided the function through a transformation to strengthen the services it provides. She has over fifteen years of experience in HR management for various industries. Prior to joining Primoris she was vice president human resources for Sterling Construction Company, Inc. Ms. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver.

Chad Haxton, Chief Information Officer

Chad Haxton serves as Chief Information Officer with responsibilities for Primoris’ digital strategy encompassing data analytics, business intelligence, system development, cybersecurity, and technical services. He joined Primoris in 2019 as senior vice president of information technology. Mr. Haxton has over thirty years of experience delivering meaningful results across various industries. Prior to joining the Company, he served as chief information officer of Schwarz Partners. Mr. Haxton has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Scot Kathmann, Chief Client Relationship Officer

Scot Kathmann was named Chief Client Relationship Office in 2024, leading initiatives to enhance client engagement and drive growth. He previously served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing since 2016, leveraging his strategic acumen and customer-centric approach to align sales with client expectations. With nearly 30 years of sales and marketing expertise spanning the industrial and construction services markets – including the pipeline, power generation, chemical, and utility sectors – Scot’s deep understanding of client needs and commitment to delivering value supports growth objectives and maximizes its market reach. Scot received his B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration from Wright State University and completed the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
