Beginning January 1, 2023, PSC consolidated certain operating segments, which resulted in a reduction of operating segments from three to two.

The two reorganized segments are: Utilities and Energy.

• The Utilities Segment includes Communications, Natural Gas Construction & Maintenance, Power Delivery
• The Energy Segment includes Renewables (solar, biofuels, hydrogen), Industrial Construction, Engineering, Heavy Civil, Maintenance and also Pipeline Services

Primoris Services Corporation's predecessor company, Rhapsody Acquisition Corp., completed its initial public offering in October 2006. Primoris Services Corporation merged with Rhapsody in July 2008.

Primoris Services Corporation’s common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbol PRIM.

The Company also announced that on October 30, 2024, its Board of Directors declared a $0.08 per share cash dividend to stockholders of record on December 31, 2024, payable on approximately January 15, 2025. This represents an increase from the previous declared dividend of $0.06 per share.
